Setting of standard working hours. |

Provide technical support to all production units to promote the formulation of production process. |

Assist production department to evaluate, check and track production performance. |

Plan production line reasonably, make the most reasonable configuration diagram of production line. |

Go deep into the production site and instruct the production monitor and operator to execute according to SOP. |

According to the requirements and ideas, design the fixture, fixture, and fault prevention fixture, and track their standard use. |

Inform and instruct production line to take action to meet design change requirements according to design change. |

Issue instructions to inform relevant production units (metal stamping, welding, FJB, packaging, painting) of compliance with special requirements or modification of incorrect operations. |

Drive COST DOWN actions, e.g. consolidation of single process, improvement of tooling, etc. |

Analyze the ROOT CAUSE of major or difficult process technology and quality problems from the perspective of equipment, tooling and personnel and push for improvement. |

Assist in the technical transfer of new products, intervene in the sample making process, and lead the development of appropriate fixtures to ensure all quality defects are prevented in advance, reduce quality cost and risk. |

Review the quotation submitted by the technical research and development department from the perspective of rationalization and optimization, so as to ensure that all risks of cost increase are prevented, taking into account the additional costs of sample production and production of tooling equipment, personnel and so on. |

Lead the optimization of future production technology in the factory. |

Estimation of consumable material demand and participation of consumable material manufacturer. |

Participate in decision making of defective raw materials or semi-finished products when they need to be used. |
